Stavreski-Dijsselbloem: Macedonian economy posts good results

The Macedonian economy is vibrant and posts good results despite the general state of European economy, said Netherlands Finance Minister Jeroen Dijsselbloem at Tuesday's meeting with Macedonian counterpart Zoran Stavreski in The Hague.

He positively assessed Macedonia's economic growth in times of European debt crisis, as well as the low state debt level, the Finance Ministry said in a press release.

The Dutch Finance Minister was also interested in Macedonia's doing business environment and ongoing reforms, resulting in the country being among the top global reformers for the past six years.

Dijsselbloem voiced expectation that European economy would register positive developments in the coming period, thus having an effect on Macedonia's economy and its growth.

Interlocutors agreed on exchange of experiences and support in the fields of budget and public debt between the two ministries, reads the press release.
