PM Gruevski meets Macedonia's handball team

 

Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski met Tuesday with the players and coaches of the Macedonian handball team and with top officials of the Handball Federation of Macedonia.

Gruevski wished them good health, sports luck and another joy at the upcoming Olympics qualifying tournament in Goteborg, Sweden on April 6-8.

Highlighting their success and the happy moments the team had provided for the citizens of Macedonia, the PM voiced the nation's support for the handball team in addressing new challenges.

PM Gruevski, wishing success to the team in future matches, said the handball players would still be sporting heroes of the nation regardless of the outcome of the qualifying tournament.

The national team and officials of the Handball Federation extended gratitude to the government for supporting sports by investing in sporting infrastructure and education.
