Polyclinic "Bucharest" completely renovated

The reconstruction of Skopje-based polyclinic "Bucharest", worth MKD 24 million (EUR 400,000), has been completed.

Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski and Health Minister Nikola Todorov paid Saturday a visit to the polyclinic, which overhaul was carried out in the framework of the Governments project for reconstruction of public health institutions.

"This is a thorough reconstruction of the facility's interior, including all halls, waiting rooms, offices, toilets, electrical wiring. The windows have already been replaced, new furniture has been purchased. Moreover, the yard has been arranged, including lighting, benches and flowerpots", said Minister Todorov.

This is the first major reconstruction of the polyclinic, which opened 50 years ago, a donation from Romania following the 1963 Skopje earthquake.
