Intel experts in HTML5 training for Macedonian companies

SMEs and about 50 students take part in the training for HTML5 programming, held in Skopje on Friday.

The one-day training is carried out by experts from the "Intel" corporation, upon the request by the Ministry of Information Society and Administration.

"In the framework of our cooperation with Intel, we asked for such training for SMEs, so that they are prepared in creating their businesses", said Minister Ivo Ivanovski prior to the training.

According to him, there is enormous ICT potential in Macedonia.

"The latest research has shown that the new decade will produce a billion new consumers. IT companies work on required changes, saying we will not have sufficient human resources to follow the technological development. This is a chance for you, to benefit from your ideas, your efforts and hard work", Ivanovski told training attendants.

A contest of companies creating their own applications will follow the training, with the winners announced by the end of May.
