Macedonia will become the regional center of "Lukoil", also covering Bulgaria, Albania and Kosovo, said Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski in Saint Petersburg on Friday.

"This will probably increase the number of employees in the Lukoil head office in Macedonia", stressed Gruevski after the visit to the Russian Federation.

The PM met with "Lukoil" director Vagit Alekperov, who presented the plans of the Russian oil company over the increase of its investment in the Republic of Macedonia.
