Ministry of Finance paid 35 million Denars as subsidies to 809 farmers pursuant to several bases.

Denar 12.8 million are paid for produced and sold milk to 478 farmers whereas the amount of the subsidy is Denar 3.5 per litre, Finance Ministry of Finance said in a press release issued on Thursday.

Additional Denar 9.78 million or Denar 9.000 per hectare of subsidies are paid to 256 farmers for arable agricultural land for crops.

In order to maintain the existing vineyards, the Government paid Denar 6.6 million to 63 grape growers. The financial support for this measure amounts to Denar 40.000 per hectare.

Moreover, Denar 4.7 million are paid for production of tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers whereas the amount of the subsidies amounts to Denar 90.000 per hectare, while 1 million Denars are paid for cattle raising.
