Poposki visits the "I Love Macedonia" summer camp

Foreign Affairs Minister Nikola Poposki visited the children taking part in the "I Love Macedonia" summer camp in which children of Macedonians living abroad come to Ohrid to get better acquainted with the culture of their native country. Children from Italy, Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece and Albania take part in this year's camp, which is held for the fourth time.

"This is one of the most significant projects to help maintain the Macedonian language abroad, and that is the reason we support it so strongly", Poposki said.

Several hundred children have taken part in the camp in the years before, and there are plans to expand it into a winter event as well. The children also learn about the history and geography of Macedonia.
