Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski held Friday a phone conversation with his Serbian counterpart Aleksandar Vucic to discuss ways for addressing ‘the regional challenge of surge of illegal immigrants.’

Gruevski and Vucic shared information that is convenient allowing more efficient management of the existing problem in accordance with the available capacities of the two countries, the government’s press service said in a statement.

Both premiers pledged to actively keep on following the situation and take measures and activities in tackling the ongoing situation.
