"The project's goal has been achieved. Works by about 200 authors in Macedonian, Albanian, Turkish, Roma and Vlach languages have been published", said Gruevski.

The initial project was then transformed into an effort of translating the works in English language, bringing it closer to the global reading public.

"Besides today's presentation of five volumes, we are also promoting the Macedonian translations of 25 works in Albanian and Turkish language, building bridges among languages, helping the seed of knowledge to be spread in all corners of our wonderful country", said Gruevski.

Culture Minister Kanceska-Milevska said the project enabled the integration of Macedonia's cultural and lingual space, promoting the traits of the work by all communities living in the country.

"The five new volumes complete this significant edition, which gives readers and researchers a thorough insight into the rich and layered Macedonian literature", she stressed.
