Kavadarci is among the municipalities recording lowest unemployment rate, Vice-Premier and Finance Minister Zoran Stavreski said Friday after signing an agreement on overhauling of one primary and two secondary schools in this city.

The plant of German 'Dräxlmaier' in Kavadarci has been employing over 5,000 people and recently said it intended to engage 500 additional workers, bringing the number of employees to about 6,000 which is a rather overwhelming figure, Stavreski said Furthermore, over 100 citizens of Kavadarci have been engaged under the Employing Macedonia project.

The municipality is moving to a right direction, creating better living conditions for its citizens, he said.
