Rich practical experience in conducting dialogue with international financial institutions and development organizations (IMF, WB, EU, EBRD, EIB, Council of Europe Development Bank, USAID). The experience also includes expertise in the countries in transition (the Republic of Macedonia , Southeastern Europe ) and in the international financial institutions. Knowledge of the World Bank policies and operational procedures.

Coordinator of economic ministries: policies, projects and reform activities of the Government, including: tax reforms, regulatory reform, cadastre reform, promotion of domestic and foreign investments, infrastructure investments, agriculture policies and energy sector. Leads negotiations with the international financial institutions. Leads the dialog between the Government and the business community. Coordinator for Economic Criteria for EU Accession. Strategic Coordinator of Regional Development and Human Resource Development – components of the IPA- instrument for pre-accession assistance from the European Commission. Elected Chairman of the Annual Meetings of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund for 2008.
